Competition
The 2010 Miss Pageant will be a virtual pageant where America will vote on the contestant of their choice from Feb 25 – April 20, 2010. The Miss Pageant will be on April 24, 2010.

Eligibility
-be between the ages of 16-22
-single and never married
-be of African American descent
-have no children

Wardrobe
All contestants will be required to provide their own wardrobe. She will need a red cocktail dress and silver strap shoes for the pageant.

You are confirmed as a contestant in the 2010 Miss Pageant once you have completed all application requirements. All potential contestants are required to fill an online application at the Miss Pageant website, www.houstonhealthfestival.org; pay the $25.00 application fee by mailing a money order or cashier’s check via mail to 2646 South Loop West, Suite #600, Houston, TX 77054. Pageant Policy
Fees are non-refundable. Event date may change at the discretion of the Miss Juneteenth Pageant. Make all money orders and cashier’s checks payable to National Emancipation Association.
