Deadline:
Exhibit space is limited and reservations are taken in the order received. Exhibitors are required to register by April 9, 2010. Email or fax the attached RSVP Form to reserve your space.
Set-Up & Take Down:
The exhibit space will be open for set up at 9:00am on Thursday, April 22 and must be completed by 10:30 am. Each exhibitor will receive one six (6) foot table and two chairs. Tablecloths will be provided. Exhibit/Vendor space must be taken down by 1:30 pm.
Electricity:
Electrical outlets will be provided, however, exhibitors must provide their own electrical cords and/or surge protectors.
